What if I don’t live near a participating Vivent Health Office location that is enrolling people in the ENHANCE Project?
You can only join the ENHANCE Project in the Green Bay, La Crosse, Madison or Milwaukee Vivent Health offices. The good news is that you only have to go to the office once – to enroll – if you want to participate. After your first visit, you can participate in the study from anywhere, and receive payment electronically. If you do want to be paid in cash, you will need to pick it up from the office where you joined the ENHANCE Project.
What payment options are available to me from the ENHANCE Project?
You can choose to be paid via Cash at the Vivent Health office where you enrolled, or you can get paid online. If you choose the cash option, you will need to visit the Vivent Health office where you enrolled to get your payment after completing project activities. We will not mail cash. If you choose to be paid online, you will receive an email or text to redeem your incentive on a platform called Tremendous. Tremendous lets you pick from 1000+ gift cards or a cash transfer payment through services like Venmo, Paypal, or a bank transfer.
How does the project team know which payment option I would like?
When you join the project, we will ask which option you prefer. This will be the option you will receive through the entire study.
Can I switch between the cash and online payment options?
Please choose which payment option you want carefully. We will consider switching your payment method if your circumstances change on a case-by-case basis.
What if my email address or phone number changes?
Please give your updated contact information to the prevention team in your Vivent Health office, or call or text Katy, study staff, at 608-572-3514.
